Catering

Invoicing & Payments

Caterers will invoice you directly. Invoices for sponsorship will be issued within 3 days of the meeting, payment will be expected within 30 days. For Heartlands Hospital, cheques are to be made payable to 'Heartlands Education Centre Ltd', card payments (Maestro, solo, mastercard, visa, electron, jcb) are possible.

Payment Liability

Company representatives are acting on behalf of their companies when sponsoring a meeting and it is the company who will be liable for payment irrespective of whether the representative is an employee of the company at the time of the meeting.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made via email to [email protected] Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the meeting will be charged at the full rate.
